The concept that was floating in my mind was that very little separates the sane people and supposedly insane people. I believe it was the movie "Speed" featuring Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock and Dennis Hopper when Hopper's character, a deranged bomber who planted a bomb (duh?) in the bus which would be triggered when the speed goes below 50 mph.
